Normal Polish or Long-Lasting Polish:
Customers are kindly requested to report any concerns regarding their polish on the same day of service or, at the latest, by the following day. To address and resolve any issues, customers should visit the store directly.
Classic Manicure/Pedicure:
Should any issues arise, such as an infection, customers must notify us within 24 hours. For concerns regarding the polish, customers are required to report any issues on the same day of service or, at the latest, by the following day. The store is happy to resolve any concerns within 24 to 48 hours following the service.
OPI Shellac Gel Manicure/Pedicure:
Customers should report any issues within 48 hours. We will make arrangements to address and resolve any concerns within the specified time frame. If any issues arise, customers are required to return to the store within 48 hours for necessary adjustments.
Acrylic Nails / Overlay / BIAB / Plexigel:
Any issues should be reported within 72 hours. We will resolve the issue within the policy time frame. After this period, any concerns raised will be subject to standard charges for resolution.
Eyelash Extensions / Facial / Massage:
Customers are requested to report any issues within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the concern within the policy time frame. After the allotted time, any issues highlighted will be subject to standard charges for fixing.
Hair Services:
Customers should report any issues within 72 hours. We will address the issue within the policy time frame. After this period, any concerns raised will be subject to standard charges for resolution.
Should any issues arise with the blow-dry, customers are kindly requested to return to the store on the same day of service for resolution only.
Eyebrow Lamination / Lash Lift:
Customers are kindly asked to report any concerns within 48 hours. We will resolve any issues within the policy time frame, with a redo offered based on the specific situation and within the time frame.
Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, we are happy to assist you. If there are any issues with the service, we will make sure to fix it within the given time frame.
