Procurement Manager (Ref 0001)

A chain of high end nail salons dealing in a number of well known global beauty brands are looking for a procurement manager to join their team immediately. Candidate will be responsible for the procurement and purchasing activities, establishing and maintaining processes and procedures including procurement leadership, strategy implementation, compliance of procurement related processes Inventory, supplier management and planning and controlling. Required Qualification: Bachelors degree with 5 years proven track record in procurement within a beauty industry or in a FMCG company preferred. Must have team management experience, excellent communication skills and working knowledge of ERP systems.

 

Operation Manager (Ref 0002)

To cope with our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for the next generation of leaders to join our award-winning team. Lead teams to achieve company objectives and targets in terms of customer satisfaction and service standard, Manage & oversee multiple stores in UAE Device and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan work alongside marketing team to align the marketing and sales objectives to achieve sales targets. Strategically manage all areas of revenue generation, Accountable for meeting growth targets in service and retail revenue. Supervise daily spa operations and liaise with department heads to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and service standards are upheld. Formulate operation strategies of retailed operations and develop detailed cross-selling plans. Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in Beauty Salon/ Hotel/ Fitness Centre or related industry. Strong organizational ability, pro-active and independent. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English and familiar with MS Office & ERP systems.

We are seeking a dedicated female Beauty Salon Supervisors to work at top establishments in the UAE. This well established high end nail salons and you will be required to Lead and Manage team, As Supervisor will be responsible for Store targets, Cleanliness & Hygiene standard maintained, Increasing the store sales hence we are looking for a passionate, aggressive, pro-active professional. Required Qualifications: a Secondary/Higher secondary degree holder with strong sales background and Supervisory experience with working knowledge of MS Office & POS systems(POS system would be an added advantage) can apply for this position.
